• Your encryption key is derived from your password using secure key derivation (PBKDF2)
• We cannot decrypt or read your encrypted emotional content
• Even our database administrators cannot access your encrypted data

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Encrypted content: Retained until you delete it or delete your account
• Deleted data: Permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request
